What Type of Information We Collect


We collect your information only when you decide to interact with ArtSeen. This can happen by you signing up to or subscribing to receive our newsletters or emailed information about the company or about any of our projects via our website.

You will be asked to confirm that you consent to us storing your information whenever personally identifiable information is collected. You will be able to unsubscribe via our newsletters or through writing or emailing ArtSeen. 


We use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information such as comments, feedback and reviews. 


Non electronically sourced data is sometimes collected as a result of volunteering or participating with us, on paper and in person at our events or activities or by becoming a sponsor or donor. This information will be transferred or scanned to electronic format. 


Information and records will be stored securely and will only be accessible to authorised staff. Information will be stored for only as long as it is needed or required by law and will be disposed of appropriately after that time

ArtSeen will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. ArtSeen may share anonymous data with other agencies such as the local authority, funding bodies and other voluntary agencies as there is just cause to do so. ArtSeen will not share identifiable data with outside agencies unless there is a legal requirement.
